How do I confirm an adapter fits my device?

Match three things: output voltage, output current (ours can equal or exceed), and the physical tip. Email a photo if you're unsure — we reply within the business day.

Can I use a higher-wattage PSU than my system needs?

Yes. Modern PSUs draw only what the load needs. Going up gives you headroom and usually moves the fan curve into a quieter band.

Do you cross-reference OEM part numbers?

What's the return window?

30 days from delivery for unused product in original packaging. Restocking fee waived for trade accounts on 10+ unit orders.

How do RMAs work?

Email rma@ampressa.com with the SKU and order number. We issue a prepaid label and ship the replacement within 24 hours of receipt.

Are warranties transferable?

Yes — warranty follows the unit, not the buyer. Useful for resellers and integrators handing off finished systems.

Where are the spec sheets?

Every product page has a 'Download spec sheet' link below the specs grid. They include certifications, test reports, and revision notes.

Do you publish CAD or STEP files?

Yes, for industrial and rack-mount SKUs. Look for the 'Mechanical' tab on those product pages, or request through the trade desk.

Can I get a single PDF for a multi-SKU build?

The trade desk can compile a stamped submittal package for any quote. Request it on the quote form.
